Anti-wrinkle review policy
At Zorah Clinic, we take a precise, medical approach to anti-wrinkle treatments, focusing on natural, balanced results. As individual response to treatment can vary, a review appointment may occasionally be required.
Review Appointment
A complimentary review is offered 2–3 weeks following your initial treatment.
This allows sufficient time for the treatment to reach its full effect and be properly assessed. If clinically appropriate, a small adjustment (top-up) may be performed at this appointment.
Top-Up Eligibility
Top-ups are:
-
Not guaranteed
-
Provided only where clinically indicated
-
Based on practitioner assessment, not patient preference alone
Our priority is achieving safe, natural results rather than over-treatment.
Top-Up Dosing
Top-ups are intended for minor refinements only.
-
Any additional dosing is typically limited to a small proportion of the original treatment
-
Requests requiring more significant correction will be considered a new treatment and charged accordingly
Time Frame
-
Review and any top-up must take place within 3 weeks of the initial treatment
-
Requests outside of this period will be treated as a new appointment and charged accordingly
Non-Attendance
If you are unable to attend your review within the recommended timeframe, the opportunity for a complimentary top-up may be lost.
Male Treatment Policy
Male patients often require higher doses due to stronger facial musculature.
-
As a result, treatment pricing may be higher than standard listed prices
-
This will always be discussed during consultation prior to treatment
-
Top-ups are not a substitute for appropriate initial dosing and follow the same clinical criteria
Our Approach
We prioritise:
-
Natural, controlled results
-
Preservation of facial expression
-
Long-term muscle balance and safety
For this reason, treatments may be conservatively dosed initially, with refinement at review where appropriate.
Important Information

-
Top-ups to achieve a “frozen” or over-treated appearance
-
Adjustments beyond what is considered clinically safe
-
Complimentary treatments outside of the review window
-

This allows the filler to settle fully and lets us assess the overall results. If clinically appropriate, a small adjustment (top-up) may be performed during this appointment.

Top-ups are available under the following conditions:
-
Clinically necessary adjustments as determined by our experienced practitioners
-
Top-ups are not guaranteed and must be approved by the practitioner after assessment

-
Any requests for top-ups made after this period will be treated as new appointments and charged as such
Non-Attendance

Medical disclosure
At Zorah Clinic, the foundation of every safe and successful aesthetic outcome is a comprehensive understanding of your overall health. Prior to any consultation or procedure, all patients are required to provide a complete, honest, and accurate medical history. This comprehensive disclosure must include all current and past medical conditions, known allergies, previous aesthetic treatments or facial surgeries, and all current medications, encompassing prescription drugs, over-the-counter supplements, and herbal remedies. We also require immediate disclosure if you are pregnant, actively planning to become pregnant, or currently breastfeeding, as these factors strictly contraindicate certain medical aesthetic interventions.
Aesthetic injectables and skin rejuvenation therapies are advanced medical procedures that can interact significantly with underlying health conditions or medications. Your transparency is not merely a procedural formality; it is a critical clinical requirement that allows our medical team to identify potential risks and tailor your treatment plan safely. Furthermore, this duty of disclosure is an ongoing, shared responsibility. For our returning patients, it is imperative that you inform our clinical team of any changes to your medical status, new diagnoses, or alterations to your daily medications prior to every subsequent appointment, as your clinical suitability may naturally change over time.
Withholding relevant medical information, whether intentionally or accidentally, can severely compromise your safety and significantly increase the risk of adverse reactions, complications, or suboptimal aesthetic results. Should a patient fail to accurately disclose pertinent medical details, Zorah Clinic and its medical practitioners cannot be held legally or medically liable for any resulting complications, damages, or undesirable outcomes that arise directly from that omission. If our clinical team discovers that crucial health information has been withheld or falsified, we reserve the right to terminate your treatment plan immediately in the interest of your safety.
We understand that sharing your personal medical history requires a profound level of trust. Please be assured that every detail you disclose to our team is treated with the utmost sensitivity, respect, and strict medical confidentiality. Your health records are securely protected in accordance with comprehensive GDPR guidelines and will only ever be utilized by our clinical staff to ensure your absolute safety and optimize your bespoke aesthetic journey.
Photography & consent policy
At Zorah Clinic, absolute discretion and patient privacy are foundational to our practice. We maintain strict protocols regarding how your images are captured, stored, and utilized.
Mandatory Clinical Photography (Medical Records)
To ensure the highest standards of medical safety and clinical integrity, pre- and post-treatment photography is a mandatory requirement for all patients.
The Purpose: These images form a crucial part of your confidential medical record. They allow our medical team to establish a baseline, accurately assess your suitability for treatment, and monitor your results over time.
Storage & Privacy: Clinical photographs are strictly confidential. They are stored on a secure, GDPR-compliant, encrypted clinical software system and will never be shared, published, or viewed by anyone outside of your direct medical care team without your explicit written permission.
Marketing & Social Media Consent (Optional)
We are incredibly proud of the natural, refined results we achieve for our patients, but your privacy always comes first.
Consent to use your images for marketing (such as on our website, social media, or educational materials) is entirely optional.
You will be given a separate opportunity to opt-in to marketing use during your consent process. Declining marketing consent will never impact the standard of care or the treatments you receive at Zorah Clinic.
The Anonymity Guarantee
We understand that many of our clients require absolute discretion. If you kindly agree to let us share your results, you have the right to request full anonymity.
Upon request, our team will meticulously crop or obscure identifying features (such as eyes, specific facial structures, birthmarks, or tattoos) before any image is published, ensuring your identity remains completely private while still showcasing the clinical outcome.
Withdrawal of Consent
You retain complete control over your digital footprint. If you have previously consented to the use of your images for marketing and subsequently change your mind, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
Removal Timeframe: Upon receiving a written request to withdraw consent (via email to hello@zorahclinic.com), Zorah Clinic guarantees the removal of your images from all of our actively managed digital platforms (website and social media) within 15 working days.
Please note: While we will immediately remove images from platforms we control, we cannot guarantee the removal of images that may have been shared or saved by third parties prior to your withdrawal of consent.
Results variability
At Zorah Clinic, we pride ourselves on utilizing industry-leading medical products and highly advanced injection techniques to deliver refined, elegant outcomes. However, it is essential to understand that aesthetic medicine is an art and a biological science, not an exact mechanical process. Every patient possesses a uniquely complex facial anatomy, differing baseline skin quality, underlying bone structure, and natural baseline asymmetry. Because of these intrinsic individual differences, your body’s physiological response to medical aesthetic treatments will be entirely unique to you. While our clinical photography showcases the exceptional standard of our work, these images represent individual patient journeys and are not a guarantee that your biological tissues will respond in the exact same manner or yield an identical visual outcome.
The longevity of aesthetic injectables and skin rejuvenation treatments is also highly variable and cannot be strictly guaranteed. While clinical guidelines provide an estimated duration for products such as dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle treatments, how long a result lasts is heavily dictated by your individual biology and daily lifestyle. Factors such as a naturally high metabolic rate, intensive cardiovascular exercise routines, significant weight fluctuations, smoking, autoimmune responses, and unprotected UV exposure will cause your body to metabolize and break down injectable products at a significantly accelerated rate. Consequently, some patients may enjoy their results for a year, while others may require maintenance much sooner.
Our medical team is dedicated to helping you achieve and maintain your desired aesthetic goals, which often requires a phased, long-term treatment plan rather than a single appointment. Because product longevity and tissue response are ultimately governed by your body’s unique physiology, any subsequent treatments required to build upon your initial result, refine an outcome, or maintain your appearance sooner than the estimated clinical timeframe will be treated as new appointments and charged at our standard clinical rates. We are committed to complete transparency throughout your journey, ensuring you are fully informed of the variables involved in your bespoke aesthetic care.
Suitability & right to refuse treatment
At Zorah Clinic, your health, safety, and long-term well-being are our ultimate priorities. Aesthetic injectables and skin rejuvenation procedures are medical treatments, not standard retail services. As a medically-led clinic, we strictly adhere to the ethical guidelines set forth by UK medical regulatory bodies. Therefore, undergoing a treatment is never guaranteed simply upon booking; it is always subject to a thorough clinical assessment by our medical experts to ensure the procedure is in your best physical and psychological interest.
Suitability is determined on an individual basis during your consultation. Our medical team reserves the absolute right to refuse or defer treatment if we believe a procedure is clinically unsafe, medically contraindicated, or unlikely to yield a harmonious, natural result. This thorough assessment extends to evaluating a patient’s psychological well-being and ensuring they possess realistic expectations regarding the outcomes of aesthetic medicine. This standard of care applies equally to both new and established patients. If a returning patient experiences a change in medical circumstances, or if we determine that further treatments would compromise their natural facial balance over time, we will ethically decline to proceed.
We firmly believe that financial considerations should never compromise medical integrity. In the event that our clinical team determines you are not a suitable candidate for a procedure and we must respectfully decline to treat you on clinical or ethical grounds, any deposit or booking fee you have paid toward that specific appointment will be fully refunded. Our goal is to build a foundation of absolute trust, ensuring you know our recommendations are based solely on your welfare and not on commercial interests.
Finally, we are deeply committed to maintaining a calm, safe, and welcoming environment for both our patients and our staff. We respectfully require that all interactions within the clinic remain professional and courteous. Zorah Clinic reserves the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, and discharge individuals from our care in the event of demanding, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior directed toward any member of our team.

Complaints procedure
At Zorah Clinic, we hold ourselves to the most uncompromising standards of medical excellence and patient care. We view our relationship with our patients as a long-term partnership built on absolute trust and transparency. If, at any point, you feel your experience or clinical outcome has fallen short of the exceptional standard we strive to deliver, we genuinely welcome your feedback. We treat all concerns with the utmost seriousness, sensitivity, and strict confidentiality, viewing them as vital opportunities to continually refine our bespoke aesthetic services.
To ensure your concerns are addressed systematically and thoroughly by our management team, all formal complaints must be submitted in writing via email to hello@zorahclinic.com. Upon receiving your correspondence, our team will formally acknowledge receipt of your email within three working days. This initiates our formal review process, ensuring your grievance is logged and directed to the appropriate senior personnel for an immediate preliminary review.
Following the initial acknowledgment, Zorah Clinic will conduct a comprehensive internal investigation. This process involves a meticulous review of your complete medical history, treatment notes, pre- and post-treatment clinical photography, and detailed discussions with the medical staff involved in your care. Because we are dedicated to providing a highly considered and deeply thoroughly evaluated resolution rather than a rushed response, we allocate a timeframe of up to 28 working days to complete this investigation. Upon conclusion, you will receive a formal, detailed written response outlining our findings and any proposed next steps or resolutions.
For any complaint or concern that pertains directly to a clinical outcome, aesthetic result, or suspected medical complication, an in-person clinical review is a mandatory requirement of our investigation process. Aesthetic medicine requires precise, tactile, and three-dimensional evaluation; therefore, our medical team cannot safely or accurately assess a clinical outcome or potential complication via photographs or email descriptions. You will be required to return to the clinic for a comprehensive, face-to-face medical assessment with Dr. Hussain. Please be advised that no clinical resolutions, remedial treatments, or financial discussions can be entertained or authorized until this mandatory in-person medical evaluation has been completed.
